We provide project administration and assist with market trend analysis, negotiation support, contract management, sub-consultancy, programme and resource management as well as cost and time control of projects.
The team also provides independent project management services including the definition, planning, monitoring and controlling of projects within scope, budget and on time. We use the 6 sigma approach, aiming for continuous process improvement as we bring each project to a close.
