The University Hospital Of The West Indies due to its growing needs for patient care thought it necessary to expand and modernize the existing section of the Adult and Pediatric Renal Unit. The new extension will allow for the expansion to twenty treatment station for adults and six treatment stations for the Pediatric section. The unit will also have isolation rooms, examination rooms, nurse’s lounge, and an upgraded water treatment facility.
