The Knights private residence is located in upper St. Andrew was purchased by the client as a single story building. It has since been transformed into a five bedroom two story structure. Both the existing and the new were transformed into a beautiful contemporary residence that boasts high-end finishes, multi jet shower heads, double height spaces, a koi pond beneath the main entry approach to the house and solar generated power. The client was rather satisfied with the overall transformation.
