The offices of Cenitech when purchased by the client was a two story eight unit apartment complex. The existing building has since been transformed into a into a modern office complex. The transformation of this building has contributed significantly to enhancing the contextual environment of the area as well as significantly contributing to the enhanced property value of the adjoining buildings.
